BJC & BGCSE Examinations
Bahamas Junior Certificate and Bahamas General Certificate of Secondary Education examinations are taken by the Junior High and High school students of Agape Christian School. These are exams formed by the Ministry of Education in the Government of the Bahamas, and commissioned by Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. They do not affect the student's individual report cards but are used as a standard for employment and application into postsecondary education. Agape and other schools across the Bahamas place a high regard on these challenging exams because of the immense importance they play on both the students' future employability as well as ability to receive entrance into various postsecondary institutions both in the Bahamas as well as abroad. As such, we are continually seeking to offer a greater variety of BJC and BGCSE exams in order to enable our students to pursue career and ministry opportunities in whatever direction they desire. We have also begun offering City & Guilds (Formerly Pitman) Computer Qualification exams in our upper level high school classes.
